Dylan is a PhD Student in the UC Davis Geography Graduate Group and has worked with Hands on the Land since 2022. Her work focuses on the relationships and politics that shape the management of public lands within the United States. As a part of this work, she connects with Tribal organizations and cultural practitioners within California to help improve access to Tribal homelands. Dylan is passionate about the importance of building relationships between people and their surrounding landscapes and loves how Hands on the Land can provide space for Davis community members to nurture their love of the outdoors. In her free time, she enjoys trail running, cooking, and saying hello to people’s dogs.
